Oceans replaced by forest

I saw this and i just think it would be hella cool, at least in parts of the world. Or maybe the alternate universe could have forests instead of oceans? That could be interesting plot wise, like some of the animals there are summons? or secretly gods? Like there are no humans in thus alternate reality and all the sentient species live in the deepest darkest parts of the forest.
